Shipping

For your convenience, we offer standard shipping (shipments arrive within 7 to 10 days). Please see table below for the shipping and handling charges for all merchandise except maps. Maps require separate packaging; the S&H for maps is additional $5 for Rs.50. For all express shipping and all international orders other than United States, send us an email to determine total charges.

International Orders

Shipping is dependent on where you are located and what level of service you select, and the weight of the product you order. We will email you to confirm the exact total, including the handling and shipping fee, (insurance and tracking, if desired), etc.

International customers please check any restrictions, duties, and taxes collected from your country before you place orders. Nānakshāhi is NOT responsible for any of the above fees. After the order is delivered to your country, if you refuse your product or there is delivery failure attempt, Nānakshāhi will choose to abandon the package and there will no refund issued for your order or shipping and handling fee.

Bulk Orders

We provide discounts to gurduaras, non-profit organizations, camps, retreats, and conferences. Please contact us bulk orders.

Payments

Nānakshāhi accepts personal checks, cashier’s checks or money orders. We do not currently accept credit cards or direct wire transfers. For credit card orders, please visit www.sikhlink.com or www.sikhfoundation.org; both websites carry Nānakshāhi merchandise. The shipments are sent upon receiving the payment.

Disclaimers

- Most orders are shipped within 24 - 48 business hours. Delivery days are Monday thru Friday.
- Shipping charges are not included in the price of the item. Our shipping charges include the handling and insurance fee.
- Please be aware that according to shipping company’s (UPS, Fedex, etc) policy, shipping addresses cannot be re-routed once the package is in transit. If a package is re-routed by customer request, a $10 or Rs.100 fee will be applied to the customer's account.
- We are not responsible for typographical errors, even if an invoice was issued in error.
- Pictures are for illustration purposes only.
- We will not refund the shipping charges and guaranteed Holiday charges for carrier or weather related delays.
- Nānakshāhi does not take responsibility for delayed arrivals on packages shipped to rural areas.
- Nānakshāhi does not take responsibility for delayed arrivals due to closed or delayed airport activity.
- Nānakshāhi will not warranty merchandise that has been damaged by other components.
- Nānakshāhi reserves the right to ship via an alternate method so that your package arrives within the designated shipping time as specified on your order. We will not be able to refund your account if your package arrives as specified.
- Nānakshāhi will charge a $10 or Rs.100 refusal fee for any refused packages.

Returned Merchandise Authorization

Nānakshāhi offers a 30 day exchange and refund policy on most items.

- If a refund is requested within the 30-day time frame, we will refund your account for the current selling price if lower.
- For replacement products a minimum-shipping fee of $5 or Rs.50 for ground shipping will be charged to your account.
 - Returns must include all articles included in the original shipment. Any item returned without the original packaging will be subject to a $35 or Rs.350 charge.
- Shipping and Handling is not refundable.
